Don was very nice and helpful. I felt I had a great experience. It was a little complicated sorting through some things that were needed last minute but he was very helpful in explaining everything and ensuring nothing was missed and we closed on time.
Don was a pleasure to work with and was always willing to get on the phone with me to answer any of the questions that I had as a first time home buyer. He went above and beyond to make himself available and I would highly recommend him to anyone else looking to buy a new home.
I've known Don for years and worked with him on refinancing and a HELOC over the years. This loan was a very complicated one, but it all worked out as promised. He is thoughtful, thorough, and most importantly to me, he communicates at every step.
