Doug Smith was fantastic thru the whole process - he got us pre-approved for our mortgage (in 3 days) before we started looking for properties . So , we knew exactly which properties fit within our price range and budget . Doug was easy to reach anytime we had any questions or concerns and always had a positive attitude . We had a great experience using Corey. We had a lender that we used in the past, but Corey found much better options for us. He answered all of our questions, and was very helpful. We will use him again in the future.

I was a first time home buyer and Jason and his team were excellent. They made the whole process easy and stess free. I thought it would a lot more complex but Jason made it easy even with it being a VA loan. I would highly recommend Jason and his team. 5 Stars!

I couldn't be more satisfied with the service that I received when working with Ryan and the staff at Gershman Mortgage. The process was seamless, I was constantly apprised of the status of the application, and any questions I had were quickly and accurately answered. I travel for work and on the day that I was supposed to fly back in and close on the house, I experienced a delay that got me back to Des Moines past the office closing. We recently had the pleasure of working with Corey Griffin at Gershman Mortgage. He was absolutely wonderful at answering our questions, and did so very quickly. We had a major concern come up along the way and he took time to check into it for us while he was out of town. The situation was taken care of in no time and he made sure we didn't need anything else answered. I would highly recommend him as a loan officer to anyone who asks. Corey was very easy to work with, and he did an amazing job for us!
