Great customer care! I spoke with Zafar to start a new service, and he was excellent. I had many questions and he answered everything knowledgeably and patiently. He was able to help me set up my account and get the service started the next day. Thank you!

I was looking to lower my current electric rate and cost. I appreciate the professionalism and the through explanation of the two plans I was interested in. They allowed me to end the call and research other companies. In the end I called back and signed up with them. Everything was emailed and I have a grace period to review all forms. Plus they are 100% renewable energy.
