Zafar was AMAZING!!!! I had a long wait on hold today, but when Zafar came on the line I was so happy to hear a very frindly voice. He showed emphathy to me and apologized for the long wait! Hire more like him!

Representative was friendly and competent. One concern I had was a need to provide a Social Security number and a drivers license number for credit check. I was uncomfortable doing so, but did provide representative with those numbers.
Herbert ****** did a fantastic job with helping me get the best plan for me and making the switch to Gexa seamless!
