My service representative, Alex was fantastic. Answered every question clearly. Was very patient. Took all the time I needed. I cannot rate the service yet as I am a new customers. Signing up for service was very easy.
My representative, Zafar, was helpful. He took care of my needs carefully but without wasting my time.
Barbara was awesome. She helped me set up the right plan for me since I'll be alone and was very professional about setting up my account. Customer Service was provided by Sylvia and she answered all my questions thoroughly. Sylvia was very friendly and explained the plan I signed up.
I just signed up for a plan with Gexa Energy. The representative I spoke with ( Zafar) was amazing. He made the whole process very easy, he explained all the terms clearly, and very competently answered all of my questions. I called to inquire about rates and ended up signing with the company after just a few minutes. Overall, I am very happy with the terms of my new contract and with the entire customer service experience.
