I spoke to Zafar yesterday in the late afternoon to start my new service with Gexa....he is freakin' great!! Changing utilities even when it is relatively seamless is not very exciting. He had me at ease...answered my questions and cracked a few jokes along the way to make it almost fun. I am definitely glad I came up in his queue. And as far as the rate that I will be paying....well that was an improvement over my last power vendor. So I'm team Gexa Energy all the way.
Best and easiest electric service switch I've ever done. Agent was polite, helpful and presented info that was easy to understand. Gexa needs to promote him to head of customer service.
Zafar did a good job of finding the plan that best suits my needs. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient in explaining my options to me.
Phenomenal customer service, transparency, and ease of setting up account over the phone. Really impressed and glad to have an electrical company I can call and have reliable service with. Also, the call back function is always so much better than waiting on hold. Thank you for that.

Switching electricity suppliers. Had several conversations with sales personnel for various companies including my current supplier and was repeatedly frustrated that they would not just provide straight info. Each started by recommending costlier product etc. Gexa's marketing specialist, Moses, was straightforward, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. I felt no pressure and detected total honesty on his part.
