app crashes several times payment offers you four options, one is 0.00 nothing is clear. they gave up on paying online and make you sign in instead. it's like they hate you

Janky app. You can't select pay amount due. It only works if you use pay custom amout. A little QA goes a long way.

Every since I have been with Gexa my bill has been way to high. I know everything has gone up but this has been ridiculous. looking to switch companies as soon as possible. Yesterday 04/07/2025 I lost power twice and I work from home which inconvenienced my in the middle of an important meeting. HORRIBLE! And of course I'm sure they will not be compensating me PERIOD. This is the first time I have ever been late paying my bill and the high fee should be waived but I doubt it you don't care.
If you didn't look here before you signed up, you messed up. Horrible company, the charges they stack on when you cancel because you eitherr under shoot just a little every month or over shoot by huge amounts if you make the credit amount in kw hours are dumb. I broke the contract and will pay the fee. the fee is higher than contract states they didn't take the last bill in autopay probably so they can knock my credit. WORST ELECTRIC COMPANY EVER!
