Had a very good conversation with the service plan rep who took her time in going through the whole plan before recommending the plan that is good for me. Read me the entire contract and it was hard to understand because I'm not used to their pricing explanation. But, the agent was really nice and helpful in explaining the plans in a way I could understand.
