ever since the update i can't even log in it kicks me out every time
doesn't work crashes before I can connect my account
app makes me sign in every single time I open it. it lets me use my fingerprint and says remember me, but then I go to reopen it and I still have to sign in all over again. this is very annoying would rather just go to the mobile website
they lie to get you to sign up. I was told 12.8 kw for anything between 1000-1999 kilowatts used. that wasn't true. at 1000 the price goes up 24.6 kw. so my bill was close to 400 dollars for 1800 kw used.
you have to pay bill through custom amount selection. Total amount due does not work.
Horrible customer service argumentative ans BARELY SPEAK ENLGLISH IN AMERICA. Run I tell you.

this company sucks no payment arrangements and do a deferred payment plan you have to pay over half of it
It has the right idea, but fails on the presentation perspective. For example, the "current usage" chart has labels on the horizontal axis that are tiny grey letters on a white background. Totally unreadable. Use a black font please.. Maybe even a thicker/bold font. Developer: Contact me if you want a screenshot.
