Barbara with customer service was great! Three months before my 3 yr contract expired I received an email with offers to renew. I called the company a month before my renewal and got a pretty decent rate considering the gas price today. Had no problems during the three years I was with them. But, don’t let the contract expire before you select a new plan or you will regret it.
