Although I waited until year-end to establish Gexa service at a recently acquired property in Pearland, the fact that it was the 2021 New Year's Eve was not an issue for the gentleman with Gexa Customer Service - new customers. He was most courteous, knowledgeable, and explained all aspects of the new residential service I was establishing.
