Contacted Gexa to renew my service plan. I was unsure which option would be best. Spoke with Daniel who took the time to research my useage and recommend a plan that would save me a good amount of money annually. It was nice receiving great customer service and I really felt like my concerns and questions were important to Daniel. In this day and age being fortunate enough to come across service like this is rare, and I appreciate it very much!
