Very efficient at getting electricity turned on at our new home!
I spoke with Alex C. and he made the process of switching to Gexa an easy and pleasant one. He was very helpful and efficient and was clear in explaining things to me. My husband passed away last year and he usually took care of these things. I was nervous about doing it myself. I appreciate the great customer service, it made this experience a good one.
The agent, Zafar was patient and able to explain all the options and answer all my MANY questions. I felt comfortable that the plan was right for me.

So far so good! We chose Gexa for their 100% renewable energy as we love to help save our planet in any way Wel possible. Their customer service has gone above & beyond while we have waited a bit impatiently for our service to be connected. We have a new build & our ESID # was not pulling up for anyone even though Oncor assured us it should be good to go. Signing up was easy and the customer service was helpful. I am hopeful that service will be reliable and things continue to go well with this company. I’m curious why they have people leave reviews before they have had any service though.
