Very friendly and knowledgeable customer service agent. The rate was for sure the best I could find among all the electric companies, with no gimmics for kwh usage. Just a flat rate per kwh plus the rate and small fee from Oncor. I'm moving to a new home so I don't know how much electricity I'll use so this plan works for me. Also I like that its renewable energy.
