Switch my service to Gexa on yesterday, I think Barbara was my customer service rep., very nice and professional. Hopefully the service will continue to be great.
Very easy set up online. Juan ****** was especially helpful with all my questions. Being new residents of Texas, we are new to having to choose electric companies. Not sure if sales is commission based but Juan deserves it for setting my account up.
Barbara was very polite and quick. I called to change electric carriers and it went much faster than I thought.

I am a Gexa Energy Customer for over 10 years. I had nothing but good experience with Gexa Energy. I usually sign up for a 12 month plan and they help me chose the plan. I even get to negotiate the rate sometimes. When my daughter moved to university apartments and wanted electricity service provider, I didn't think of any other provider. I just signed her up with Gexa.
After two tries I finally spoke to Shantrell she was very helpful
Alex C helped me today and went out of his way to make sure I understood the process. So very very very kind.
Very helpful and informative. Gave numerous choices and analyzed each for my use age.
