Went here for dinner and was vey disappointed. The steak tips were tough overcooked covered in an awful sauce. One of the worst meals I have had. $180 for that. I won’t return.
It’s just such a shame that the food is terrible. It’s my second time trying and it hasn’t gotten any better unfortunately. The service was fantastic though.
Food was meh....server was outstanding. Loud as hell. we could not hear ourselves at our table. Lot of money for meh food and noisy as hell atmosphere. Not going back.
Unfortunately our first experience was disappointing due to the fact that we had reservations for the dining room. As my mother is hard of hearing I specifically requested the dining room and they placed us at the loud bar area. I asked if we could be moved ( the dining room had so many empty tables) after she reported back and said no. Which was very disappointing and ruined the experience. Food was good and unique. Our waitress was amazing and made us feel welcomed.
Energetic is opentable's only description of noise that is much too loud. You need to add a catergory, "Too LOUD!" We had to wait 15 minutes for a waitperson (no water delivery.) We asked for water, but waitperson failed to bring water when delivering drinks. Crawling with mostly 21 year olds. We had to wait in line to be carded (in our 60s), along with kids our grandkids' ages. Do NOT recommend it for anyone over age 30. Unfortunately, we had a second bad experience related to allergy practices. My wife’s dish contained an allergen that she identified to the staff when ordering. This was second time this has occurred here.
Drinks were good but when we got our food, one of the dishes had hair in it. I never complain but when we got a replacement, it was one of the specials for the week, the wagyu steak tips, there were only 3 tips when the first plate with hair had 6. About 7 minutes later we got asked by our waiter to move tables in the middle of our meal because they neglected to plan accordingly to a party of 12 who had a reservation as did i. Made reservations @ 4:30. Hostess wanted to sit us @ high top, we explained u able to sue to health reasons. Asked for booth, all empty, only 2 people @ bar, told have to leave booth by 6. Service poor, food took approx 1/2 hour, not busy. Wagu tips w poor quality& only 3 small bites for 47 dollars. Fried calamari, loaded with hot peppers, small amount of calamari. Been there many times when it first opened, enjoyed it then, however gone downhill
Worst dining experience that we have had in memory. As soon as we arrived, we were treated as if we were lucky to have a reservation. Food was fair at best and we were rushed through our meal. We were actually asked to wrap up our meal halfway through our dessert. Poor experience.
