Hostess was rude... 1.5 hour time limit they give you to eat is ridiculous... this isn't Covid they were not welcoming at all!! Won't be back.
Terrible service all around at this restaurant. Hostess was slow, waitress had to be requested, servers brought food to wrong tables repeatedly and bus staff banged dishes loudly while clearing tables. Sushi was delivered to the table without chopsticks or soy sauce and the wasabi was so hard it had to be cut with a knife. Two person steak special was good but portion was small. The waitress was rude! We’ve been numerous times and this was the worst experience!
Service was excellent and the food is always good! It was entirely too dark and music/vibe a little too much for dinner time. We had a 6:30pm reservation and were seated fairly quickly, which was great, but the environment isn’t high end dinner it’s more of a club vibe which is fine, but also a bit of a turn off as I was yelling to talk w my family throughout dinner and it seems, they are more interested in entertaining the bar crowd.
While the food and atmosphere at Gianna’s were enjoyable, my experience with customer service was disappointing. This was my first visit since the restaurant opened, and I had high expectations that were unfortunately not met. I was seated at a small two-person table, which lacked sufficient space. We visited Gianas for college graduation dinner. The atmosphere inside the main dining room was ok. It was extremely loud to the point where we were borderline screaming just to hear one another. Our server was very nice, she was not super attentive but all the servers there seemed very overworked. The cocktails were about average for an upscale restaurant and were served quickly. Very large screen that overpowered the room and ambience. Room too small for such a large screen. Is it a fine dining or tavern??? Food okay. We would not recommend Gianas .
