We paid $40.00 on line to make sure our kindergarten grandson wasn’t carrying cash. He came home with nothing and we were told it should have been available to us. I paid $40 for nothing. We will tell the pta to never use this service again👎

Hi Nancy, the school PTA is credited for all gift certificates. Simply tell them of your problem and they will refund you the $40.00. If for any reason they do not call us at 1-800-468-7511 and we will write you a check to make sure you get refunded. So sorry to hear of your experience and we have no idea why your grandson wasn’t able to use the gift certificate. We will make sure you are taken care of!
