As a first time home buyer, my wife and I were completely new to the process of buying a home. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Steve to others. I listed with Steve and found his insight & advice very helpful. He helped me with my mother's estate, a transaction that can sometimes have a number of legal surprises/complications along the way. Holly was absolutely amazing! I was a first time home buyer. Throughout the house hunting process she always had my best interest in mind. She was sure to point out things I never would have noticed myself. And when it came to put up an offer, she made sure to keep me informed and never let me get discouraged. I couldn’t have picked a better realtor. She made finding the right house seem easy! I will forever be thankful for Holly and her dedication to helping me find my first house ??

Steve did an excellent job both selling and helping us purchase a new home. He was always available to answer our questions and show us properties in a variety of neighborhoods. Steve Neal is a very helpful person with the patient to explain everything you need to know and everything you want to know. I am so glad I got Steve Neal as my realtor at the very beginning of buying a new home. Since I am a first-time buyer, he explained everything about buying a new home with his professions. He also got me a really great deal at the end with his excellent negotiation skills. I would highly recommend Steve Neal!
