Jess made the home buying process way easier than I ever expected. Within 48 hours of finding a home we wanted we had a showing, offer in and our offer was accepted through her guidance. When it came to negotiating, Jess stood her ground and made sure we were able to receive most of the things we were asking for. I can not recomend her enough. She has great charisma and is very professional. She is an excellent representation of a great realtor!

Jess is amazing! She is thoughtful and precise with information. She is so willing to go that extra mile for you. Jess is one of those people that is trying to sell you a home and not just a house. She makes sure that you get the best deal and that you’re 100% happy with the house before ever even suggesting to put down an offer. She gets to know your needs and quirks and that was way more than we could’ve asked for.

Steve helped guide us through nearly a year long process of finding a home and selling ours in the Dayton area. We were very picky and went through many listings before we finally found the right home for us. he was patient and professional at all times. Same with selling our home under stress since we now had 2 mortgages. It all came together. As a veteran i appreciate that Steve served and he still maintains the core values of the military. Id recommend him to anyone seeking to buy or sell a home without reservation.

Jess was awesome and sold our home sooooo fast! Always responded back fast with answers to questions that we had. Offered many other services to make our move quick and easy to our new home ( which she sold us :) Would always use Jess for the services that she provides again.

Perry was amazing to work with and extremely helpful for our first buying experience. He was great at explaining the ins and outs of real estate. He sent us many houses and really tried to find the best fit for us. He was also extremely easy to coordinate with and was always eager to check out homes with us. He was an absolute pleasure to work with! I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell! Thank you again, we love our new home! :)

Jordan was so helpful throughout the whole process of buying our first home! From letting us know what to expect from the beginning to showing us an endless amount of homes that would fit our needs, to taking care of everything during closing and making sure we understood it all.
