Ryan Gillen and his team did a wonderful job from the very beginning of the selling process all the way up to the day our house closed. We moved out of state 4 weeks prior to closing on our home and Ryan and his team made it a very smooth process for us even though we were so far away. Thank you so much for all your help! Steve was an AWESOME realtor for us!!! He helped us sell our old house and buy our new one. The process was so fast and easy that it actually surprised us and caught us a little off guard. Steves knowledge of the market and business were incredible. I can't count the number of times he pointed something out that we never even considered. I would recommend Jess time and time again. She is knowledgeable, organized, punctual, and constantly exceeding my expectations. Ryan is the best realtor I have been with. I was looking for 6 months and went through 3 other realtors and every time i put in an offer another one was accepted. Here is what happened 1. I went to go to this home at exactly 9am right when it opened. 2. Ryan put in an offer at 10am and called the agent letting him know allowing him only till 1pm to accept 3. at 1pm he got a call saying their were multiple offers and to submit highest and best by 8pm 4.
