Perry was great! Highly recommended. We received 2 offers within 24 hours from listing and contract signed 3 days later...above list price....and I originally thought we listed too high! Perry was in constant communication with me with updates and with the buyer's agent. He answered my questions and was able to get minor inspection items fixed quickly to help the process along.

My wife and I first met Perry at a showing in centerville. Although this was not the house for us, we knew that Perry was going to be our realtor moving forward. He has gone above and beyond in his search for finding our perfect house. We felt comfortable with expressing to him our wants and needs, and he delivered a house almost every day for us to look at. We finally found our perfect little house in Bellbrook that met our needs. I’m glad we have had the opportunity to meet such a great realtor, as well as a great friend.

Perry 's help is so great that we could have a house for the first time. He is very kind and nice and will explain everything to you in detail and will always answer you very kindly and quickly.
