Giuseppe and team were fantastic! Home buying is stressful, but working with Giuseppe is not. Throughout the process the communication was amazing (so much so that my realtor was even impressed and said it was one of the best mortgage brokers they have worked with). All my questions were answered and Giuseppe helped my wife and I get into our dream home. Buying a house is one of the most important (and biggest) purchases we make in our lifetimes and it's important to get it right with a dialed-in team. I couldn't imagine a b... read more
Great experience with a complex 4-property purchase transaction. Minimum red tape and great communications. Very impressed with overall service quality.
They were incredibly kind and educational to my wife and I as we navigated our first home buying experience. He was always available for any help we needed, and he assisted us every step of the process. Since purchasing our home, his team has regularly checked in to make sure things have been going well along with sending useful information. I will certainly be referring everyone I know to use him and his team.
Giuseppe and his team were absolutely incredible! Very patient and kind! Made sure we understood everything! What a crazy process and we felt take care of the whole time! Thanks for getting us into a house!
Giuseppe and his team have been there for us every step of the way during this, our first, home-buying experience. Be it our first-homebuyer questions, responsiveness when it came to the house we selected, or helping us overcome hurdles, Giuseppe and his team went above and beyond to help us finish. We will be referring them to anyone and everyone we know or meet who is looking to begin their own home-buying journey!
Zenith Home Loans: from start to finish the entire team cares about closing your home loan on time and without any headaches! I never once had to worry about my loan closing on time. The whole team was a pleasure to work with! I highly recommend! As a perk, they will even refinance for free for being a customer!
Giuseppe and his team are incredible. This is the second home we have financed through them and as expected, everything was on time and under budget. The listing agent even knew Guiseppe and apparently that played a part in our offer getting accepted! Giuseppe always explains all the options really well and helps guide you to the best option for you on a loan given your priorities and what the market looks like. He sends you these nice videos that he records explaining things. Hire Giuseppe and the Zenith home loan team! The... read more
Giuseppe kept in constant contact with me. He explained the whole process from beginning to end. He and the team were super friendly and easy to work with.
The process was easy and clear. The online portal was easy to navigate and the communication from the Tarantino was always prompt and timely. Easiest loan application we’ve ever done!
