I have used Giuseppe to buy two homes now! In my experience many lenders are reactionary to issues that may arise during the transaction, which often means that closing has to be delayed or the home cannot even be bought in some cases. Giuseppe and his company make it a point to address all issues at the very beginning so that there are not things that hold up closing at the end. Their model is the only way I will ever do business with a lender in the future. I highly recommend Giuseppe to anyone.
