We had a great experience with Giuseppe. He was able to help us close on our home in under 30 days even with the holidays in between. He called us to discuss everything on Christmas Eve and was extremely responsive. Giuseppe answered our emails right away and made us feel confident in the process. We had a bad experience buying our last house and working with Giuseppe and his team was incredibly seamless in comparison. We would definitely use and recommend him to any friends or family in the future.

Over the past several years, Giuseppe has helped me with a couple of purchases and a couple refi's. He has been a tremendous resource; quick to respond to e-mails/phone calls, happy to spend time with me to answer all my questions, and most importantly, is always looking out for our best interests. Thanks Giuseppe for all your help, we wouldn't even consider using anyone else!

I contacted Giuseppe with a unique situation. I was renting a condo and my landlord decided to sell. I was not prepared or ready to buy. I thought it was a long shot and really impossible. Giuseppe put together a plan to lower my debt and bring up my credit. Within one month his plan was successful. He also recommended a home buyers class that was invaluable. The closing was actually a good time. The best part of working with Giuseppe was that there were no surprises. I will use him for all my future business. He changed my ... read more

I worked with Giuseppe and his team for my first mortgage and a refinance. Giuseppe was professional, informative and accurate right from the start of our home loan approval process. He and his staff kept me on track each step of the way. We had no surprises throughout the process and actually paid less than what we were originally quoted! Going through the mortgage process for the first time can be daunting, but Giuseppe make me feel safe and comfortable so I knew I was in good hands the whole way. Definitely top notch!

We have had the pleasure of working with Giuseppe and his team three times now. They approved and closed our first CO home purchase and just closed our refinance. The process with Giuseppe is streamline and it works, we always have clear expectations and objectives. There is never any guess work and if you have any questions at all they are always prompt with a reply. We would recommend Giuseppe and his great team to our friends and family without question. For those like my family and I the ability to communicate however is... read more

We were new to CO and had no idea where to go for a home loan agent. My daughter had had some contact with Giuseppe in her quest to learn more about what it would take for her to be able to buy her first house. He was extremely helpful and willing to share his expertise even though she was NOT ready to buy. She was very impressed so we took her recommendation and used Giuseppe for our home loan. We can't say enough about how thorough, responsive and genuinely concerned for the well being of the client. We closed on time, no ... read more

Very professional and easy to work with. Highly recommend. Giuseppe gave us some good advice on refinancing. And total cost came out cheaper than our estimate. Would use him again.

I used Giuseppe for my first mortgage 3 years ago and he was awesome! He was so knowledgeable and walked me through everything and made sure I was comfortable with the entire process. I just used him again for a refinance and he continues to blow me away with his professionalism, attention to detail, knowledge and outstanding customer service! His team is the very same, simply the best at what they do! I would recommend Giuseppe to anyone looking to do business with someone they can trust!
