Giuseppe is fantastic to work with. We have purchased 2 houses and completed one refinance with Giuseppe and they all went perfectly. There was ample communication throughout the entire process leaving nothing to worry about and no surprises. We highly recommend his services. We are always impressed with his attention to detail and professionalism.Kari & Jeremiah

Giuseppe and his team made our refinance easy!! Fast responses to questions and a web portal to upload documents were helpful! Closed on time and under the estimated closing cost.

I decided to use Hallmark Lending on a recommendation from my realtor. I can't say enough about not only Giuseppe but his entire support staff. I had incredibly accurate estimates on my down payment and closing costs. When I started shopping it gave me confidence that I could afford the homes in my price range.More importantly, I understand I am not Giuseppe's or Hallmark's only customer, but the support staff is amazing. There were times I would email Giuseppe or the underwriter and if they were busy, within hours I would r... read more

We were making the biggest investment of a lifetime purchasing our new home and weren’t sure who we were going use as our mortgage lender. With no pressure from Giuseppe, he politely explained everything he and his staff could do for us. He certainly came through for us, and did even better when our closing costs were lower than expected. We highly recommend Giuseppe, especially if you need an honest professional that can and will provide you with awesome service. His professionalism, dedication and customer service are unma... read more

Giuseppe was absolutely amazing to work with. He helped my wife and I get an amazing rate on our mortgage and was always available to help no matter the situation. He is extremely knowledgeable and made the entire process easy to understand. We loved how he laid out all of the possible options for financing and took the time to help us make the best decision possible. He has earned our trust and we will definitely be referring him to all of our friends and family.

Giuseppe is as good as it gets! He is honest, sincere and always fast to reply. I worked with him 5 years ago on the purchase of my first home and again this past summer to refinance. He was very professional and always took the time to answer my questions. He made me feel comfortable and was genuine in his desire to meet and exceed my expectations. I would definitely work with him again and highly recommend anyone considering a mortgage broker to call Giuseppe today!

Giuseppe and his team were amazing. They communicated very well, gave us a timeline for what to expect, and gave us a detailed good faith estimate that was right on (no surprises). Everything was handled immediately so there were no crisis moments and we obtained a great rate as well. I would HIGHLY recommend Giuseppe and his team to anyone I know!

Giuseppe is great to work with, especially after all the trouble and hassle that we had been through with 2 of the major lenders in Colorado. Giuseppe told us exactly what was needed to be done, no games or run around like the others. We have and will continue to recommend Giuseppe.
