He did exactly what he said. Quick, painless, on time and less than original quote fir closing. The time I spent getting things together and working on buying this house was negligible compared to the last broker. I felt like I bought a simple good from a store he made it so simple and easy for me . I'd recommend Giuseppe to anyone!
Giuseppe and his team did a great job understanding our family's financial situation and re-financing goals, located a lender and got the deal closed. We took our jumbo mortgage rate from 6.25% to 3.625, saving us more than $1800/ month. Financing any mortgage in the post housing boom crash is never easy, but Giuseppe did outstanding work for us.
I would highly recommend Giuseppe Battaglioli.Due to circumstances beyond my control, I needed to switch lenders three weeks before I was supposed to close on my new home.Giuseppe was amazing! He was able to get a better rate, lower my monthly payments, and was very accurate on closing costs and fees.He was able to get everything completed in six days and kept me informed every step of the way.He helped to alleviate all my fears and make a very difficult situation stress free.
Ive had to experiences with Giuseppe and both times he and his team were extremely polite, responsive, and got me great rates. I highly recommend Giuseppe and his team and I will use him when I have another home finance situation arise.
Giuseppe and his team are the best we have ever worked with in the mortgage process. They stayed in constant contact, even with a long closing. We always knew exactly where we were in the process, thanks to emails and phone calls. Both Giuseppe and Stacy went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed for the day of closing. When we ran into problems getting the cashier's check, Stacy worked with me for several hours to find a solution. They are fantastic! I would recommend them to anyone.
Giuseppe is one of the most oustanding mortgage loan officers in the business. He is honest, patient, professional, knowledgeable and an amazing communicator. We works with you and makes sure that all items are done upfront so there are NO surprises or additional last minute needs. He also keeps in touch with you throughout the year and is there to answer any questions despite you using him in the near future... he is very dependable.
I have worked with Giuseppe since 2010 for my home loan and when I refinanced. I had such a great experience with him I referred him to my parents and friends. The guidance and support he gives you when you are going through the process is beyond amazing. His work ethic is outstanding and I never have a doubt of his knowledge and expertise. Once you work with Giuseppe you will always have a specialist at your side. He is always there if I have any questions or concerns about anything regarding my loan or advice on what to do... read more
Fantastic, issue-free experience with buying a new home. Giuseppe is trustworthy, knowledgeable, and a fundamentally kind and very ethical individual. We HIGHLY recommend him!
Giuseppe was recommended to me from a realtor friend of mine. We used him for a refinance and we would definitely use him again. He was honest and got us the best rate.
