I was working with another lender and when I found out they wouldn't be able to close in time I had to find someone who could. I was referred to Glenn, told him we have just over 3 weeks to close and he said he was confident he could get it done. It was bit of a scramble at first but Glenn made everything easy and straight forward and we closed on time no problem. Real pleasure to work with him.

Tahoe real estate is on fire and services, like appraisers and title are all backed up. My deal also included a few empty lots that aren't easy to finance and on top of that we were dealing with money from abroad. It was truly a complicated case which Glenn and the team navigated masterfully. His local connections helped to keep all the parties in check even when deadlines where getting a little too close. Great work and thanks to Glenn I do have a lovely cabin up in the mountains.
