Glenn absolutely killed it. I had always heard how the mortgage process was painful and exhausting but that is my complete and opposite experience with Glenn. Every step was handled expeditiously even with the extra difficulty of purchasing during the COVID pandemic. As first time homebuyers we had a lot of questions and Glenn handled them with grace and patience. We would absolutely go back to Glenn and Guaranteed Rate in the future.

First impression on meeting Glenn over the phone is that he working for his clients to get the best mortgage rate and to make the process easy. He is a great communicator and listener.
