We had an unusual about of time from "accepted offer" to "date to close". Over 100 days. My original choice of finance was not allowed so it was changed to a secondary means of finance. Come to find out I could have corrected the issue and went with my original choice but the reason the property did not qualify was not communicated. Then we closed nearly two weeks late! My greatest disappointment was the lack of communication.
