The communication was terrible, I was told about things that was needed on my end one to two weeks after not hearing from anybody. I had to call too many times to get answers and my closing date was pushed back 5 times, I had to come out of pocket over $3,000 because if the delays

Extremely unprofessional! Horrible experience! Her texts and emails are incoherent, filled with run on sentences and little explanation of terms, etc. She also took on our buyers for our house because they got denied the day before closing. Said she could get them approved quickly so we didn't keep the house listed.We've been told that it would be "any time now" or next week to get to closing. That was in September! It's almost December! Lied to us throughout.
