We requested a refinance with a 203K loan. There were some bumps in the road, however it still took far longer than it should have to close. This began in June and closed in Sept. Closing dates came and went and this caused frustrations for not only me but my contractor. Original quote was we would not need any money to close, however at end, we needed $500, which caused financial hardship. Glenna is wonderful to work with and I will use Leaderone again..just too many issues this time.
Glenna really worked hard for my family. She stayed late and she advocated for us. She always responded to phone calls and emails. We wouldn't have our home without her! Thank you so much for everything you've done!
