Glenna did a fantastic job making this process happen for me. However, the underwriter seemed to not want me to get this refinance done. I was doing it to remove an ex GF name from house(that I’d already owned for 15 years). The underwriter dragged her feet quite often in the process & was over the top w/volume of & nature of her requests. Ive never been so on edge/stressed by a process. Thankfully, Glenna came through and made it all work in the end! 5 stars to Glenna! One star to underwriter
