I was a loyal customer with them for over a year. I called to see what I needed to due to cancel. I was told I was all set. Needless to say, 2 months later I was still getting charged. I called back and was told that nope. You have to come in and sign a book, sure would have been nice to know 2 months ago! I was told the owner was there in the store, they refused to get on the phone to talk to one of their customers!! This has been my salon of choice for more than a decade but I am moving on. Their new website is confusing and makes finding a phone number very difficult. All I wanted to accomplish was to book sunbed time before my upcoming trip and enroll in redlight therapy. In the past I had the Hawaii package for the sunbed, which no longer exists on the website so I needed to call. Can't find a phone number. If I can't call, I can't book.
The staff girl here tonight is rude and incapable of the simplest tasks. Skip this place - what a joke.
If I could give zero stars I would!!! Absolutely rude as hell!!! Kira is a complete B! I felt sorry for the girl working with her . Will never go there again! Too costly for horrible customer service!

The location here sucks. They offer no level 4 tanning and only have two beds at level 3. So I pay $20 extra every month for what they charge $19 for (level 1 and 2) if want to make it in and out in a timely manner because everyone is in the level 3 beds. Other locations are much nicer and have level 4 beds, but are far away from where I live. I'm stuck with another month of this (3 month minimum contract) The girls are nice, but this location is sub-par.
Rude staff and from the post appears to be a rude owner. I won't be back. I also received less than acceptable results when I visited this salon. From the posts here it doesn't look like they believe their customers unless EVERYONE is complaining. No thanks!

This happened to me and several other people I know. If you go in after 7:30 they won't take you. I went the the other Palms tanning resort on colorado blvd after and they took me and said they're not allowed to turn you away if you come in before 8:00
Unfortunately very rude service, first time customer and clearly was posted on the website can download free first tan. Front desk turned me away because it was not printed even though it said it could be on the mobile device. Did not try the beds due to the refusal of service. Do not recommend.
I certainly don't like giving poor reviews, while the atmosphere in the waiting area of this tanning salon is fantastic (feels like you are at the beach for sure!), the customer service and pricing just has not been impressive to me. I have tanned here a few times now over the last few months and have never reviewed it because it has been a mixed bag of okay customer service and just not so great.
