Im disappointed and honestly saddened to write this review. I have been tanning here on and off for years. I recently went in to cancel my membership, I was giving a 30 day notice. The associate working behind the counter told me NOT to cancel my membership yet because I would lose the free upgrade I had on my account. Manager suspended my service. I'm guessing because I wrote a bad review on google, which they consistently and egomaniacally watch. I could be wrong but I was never given a reason why my account was suspended. If you like petty games, snotty snooty front desk girls and spotty spray tans this place is for you. Snooty. Rude. And generally disappointing. The front desk staff is rude and unhelpful. The manager is difficult to get a hold of and plays games. Although it might look cool inside, NOT. Level 1&2 beds are worthless. At the recommendation of the front desk girl I purchased 5 sessions at this level. Not cheap either only to come to realize the are super old - like residential model from 1980s. $11 a session to upgrade to next level and not willing to credit remaining balance towards upgrade package. Just moved into town. I'm a regular tanner. They are not the only game in town. Buyer beware. So disappointed.
I was a loyal customer with them for over a year. I called to see what I needed to due to cancel. I was told I was all set. Needless to say, 2 months later I was still getting charged. I called back and was told that nope. You have to come in and sign a book, sure would have been nice to know 2 months ago! I was told the owner was there in the store, they refused to get on the phone to talk to one of their customers!! I've been going to this tanning resort for almost 10 years and it has completely gone downhill. The spray tan machine is constantly breaking and whenever I've emailed the owner I haven't received a response (3 times now). They also lock the door 20 minutes before close every night. Don't go to the palms...there are many other tanning resorts that are appreciative of business.

This has been my salon of choice for more than a decade but I am moving on. Their new website is confusing and makes finding a phone number very difficult. All I wanted to accomplish was to book sunbed time before my upcoming trip and enroll in redlight therapy. In the past I had the Hawaii package for the sunbed, which no longer exists on the website so I needed to call. Can't find a phone number. If I can't call, I can't book.
The staff girl here tonight is rude and incapable of the simplest tasks. Skip this place - what a joke.
If I could give zero stars I would!!! Absolutely rude as hell!!! Kira is a complete B! I felt sorry for the girl working with her . Will never go there again! Too costly for horrible customer service!

The location here sucks. They offer no level 4 tanning and only have two beds at level 3. So I pay $20 extra every month for what they charge $19 for (level 1 and 2) if want to make it in and out in a timely manner because everyone is in the level 3 beds. Other locations are much nicer and have level 4 beds, but are far away from where I live. I'm stuck with another month of this (3 month minimum contract) The girls are nice, but this location is sub-par.
