Love the palms! Best pricing and cleanest salon you'll ever go to. I can't walk in any other place after being a member at the palms! The girls at the castle rock store are so friendly and helpful!
OMG I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS TANNING SALON... I came from at the beach and that tanning salon is horrible ... so I was a little nervous when I first walked in but I was greeted with the cutest largest smiles from 2 young ladies Julianna and Taylor... they explained everything to me, very knowledgeable. They made me feel comfortable and so I signed up to become a member So blessed to have found this place and my new tanning family I have told so many ppl about this place and will continue to do so

I had to write a review about this place. We have been to other tanning salons in town & had very poor experiences. This place is the best! The girls are so friendly and on point. I've never had a bad experience or interaction. The beach vibe is great and the beds are in great shape & always clean, plus they provide goggles in every bed instead of trying to hustle you into buying them. I highly recommend you check this place out!
Wow! This salon deserves more than 5 stars!What a great experience! I've been to other tanning salons and they do not even come close to the Palms!! The staff members are patient, very caring and kind! I had a lot of questions and they were very nice! I've experienced extremely impatient staff at other salons. No pressure sales either!! In the interest of full disclosure, I did work at the Palms for just under a year; prior to this and following my departure, however, I have been a loyal customer simply because they truly take care of their clients. This is the only place you will find customer service that won't push you to purchase a tanning package while offering consistently maintained tanning equipment and an affordable range of lotions. Staff has always been knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. Thanks, Keith, Holly, and Palms ladies!
The atmosphere, decorations, and tanning is nice but a lot of the employees are not very friendly and always on their phones. I only notice this at the Town Center HR location.
Beautiful rainforest ambience Affordable packages Friendly, informative staff - not pushy I visit Colorado a few times a year from Colorado and I always come here for tanning! Thanks ladies!
I love love love this place!! I can always get in and out very quickly, beds are always CLEAN!! and they do not pressure you to buy a membership. I recently tried to go to At the beach and I walked out after almost buying 1 session. Seriously they set a high standard and the ambiance is very relaxing. :)
