No integrity in business anymore. I had 8 sessions go to waste because it wasn't explained to me correctly. Basically they have this little scam going.

Went back to this location again. Thought they deserved a second chance, but no. My friend and I leave our lotions there and when we went today, they were gone. Lady at front said they lost our brand new bottles and we couldn't even tan or be compensated. Never going back to this location again. Girls need a boss at location before they loose all their customers.

Service is so bad, most the representatives are really rude. and place is not clean at all. They also don't offer eye protection.

Buyers beware!!! I'll be sure to not ever go back to this place. Unfortunately it was my husband that went in and signed up and told me all this after the fact. If I would have known all of this before I would've looked else where to send him. No wonder the place doesn't want to answer their phone to answer customers questions. The girls at this location are so rude and not welcoming at all. The vibe when you go in is just draining. Every other location I've gone to is so much better.
This place used to be amazing when it was The Palms. Since Glo bought this place out the customer service has been terrible. I have tried to cancel my membership and keep getting charged! They re-credited my account for February (thank you for that), but then charged me AGAIN in March. They never answer the customer service line so you are always leaving voicemails and waiting for a callback. I miss the previous management. Be aware of the contracted memberships with Glo.

Im disappointed and honestly saddened to write this review. I have been tanning here on and off for years. I recently went in to cancel my membership, I was giving a 30 day notice. The associate working behind the counter told me NOT to cancel my membership yet because I would lose the free upgrade I had on my account. Manager suspended my service. I'm guessing because I wrote a bad review on google, which they consistently and egomaniacally watch. I could be wrong but I was never given a reason why my account was suspended. If you like petty games, snotty snooty front desk girls and spotty spray tans this place is for you. Snooty. Rude. Although it might look cool inside, NOT. Level 1&2 beds are worthless. At the recommendation of the front desk girl I purchased 5 sessions at this level. Not cheap either only to come to realize the are super old - like residential model from 1980s. $11 a session to upgrade to next level and not willing to credit remaining balance towards upgrade package. Just moved into town. I'm a regular tanner. They are not the only game in town. Buyer beware. So disappointed.
