Horrible experience at their store in the tech center (Greenwood Village). Got sold on a mystic tan. Very little instruction on how to use the booth. Also when it only gave me a minor shade change they said they would try again at no expense. I returned only to be greeted another attendant who said it was not their policy to refund or try it again. The manager refused to return my phone calls. The place is beautiful as other reviews have stated. And the tanning beds are nice and clean. You really do feel as if you have stepped out of COlorado and into a warmer climate when you walk in. It is the most tastefully appointed tanning salon I have been in. There are a couple downfalls however. First, the staff is very young and not skilled in customer service. Kinda rude! I hate to right bad reviews but I will where I feel it is needed. I went here one afternoon after working out. Yeah I looked scary but it is no reason to treat me differently then the next person. The girls were rude and short and talked down to me. I am a owner of a company and I feel all people should be treated equally! I actually stopped tanning here because of a few bad girls. I have been going there in the last 3-4 yrs off and on. Yes... the facility and the whole concept of what you expect a tropical get away paradise tanning salon should be. That is what you'll see. Before this incident I have recently encounter with the owner's wife the place is a 5 stars in my book. The Staff members are very pleasant. So, I thought. I had purchase a 1month unlimited package. Sure the palms has nice decor but that is about all they spend their money on. The lamps in the beds are not changed because I dont notice any color even with the most high tech beds. I've been tanning almost my whole life so I know it is not me and I know it is not the lotion I use. Dont waste the money!!!
