I have been going to different locations around the city for the past three months. They all have been great but today I got to meet. Charley at this location and she was outstanding! she usually works at the Yukon location. She was the only girl there and so busy today, but she was so sweet and kind and knowledgeable. Love Glo!

I came in the Nichols Hills location around 7:45 pm. There were a ton of people that evening for whatever reason, and the staff was amazing. shea and her team went above and beyond letting me try all the treatments and staying until half an hour past closing time to get all my treatments in. All the girls were working together so hard for each customer and you don't find such amazing customer service like that much anymore. Thanks for going above and beyond to make it such a great experience for me!!
Oh my goodness!!! I love this location!!! And Kenzie and Bailey and Skye are AMAZING!!! They are always so friendly, call me by name, and recommend which bed to use!! The store is always clean. The beds are super clean. The atmosphere is very positive. I never have to wait for a bed! I will definitely refer all my friends to this location!! Thank you for hiring such competent and sweet people!!!

Rachel is amazing. The beds are high quality and the spa wellness is WOW. The staff is great but Rachel definitely makes everyone feel beautiful and loved.
Honestly, I love Glo dearly and usually I receive gentle and caring helpers who do everything for me to make it an amazing visit. This time was a different experience, a lady with purple hair was not very kind at all, in a very bad mood. We overheard her use the R slur talking about herself which is extremely offensive. Great place, not the greatest service today.

the staff is so friendly, beds are always clean and most of the time I don't have to wait long to get the bed i came to tan in!
