This is the worst tanning place. You are bombarded every time to buy over priced products. Told you get imaginary credits when you freeze your account but when you go to unfreeze it they charge you the prorated amount it would be for anyone to start a member ship and use those "credits" to make you pay that same amount. I'm not sure how they stay in business. if we had more options I would tan elsewhere.

can't get tan in this place. not sure what is wrong. last year in may i used this company and got very tan aftee 30 days using the stand up tanning bed only. this year i have used the most powerful (lay down) tanning beds on "intense" for the maximum amount of time. i have tanned almo every day for 12 days and i can't see any change in my skin color. there is definitely a problem. maybe this place hasn't changed their tanning bed bulbs since last summer. i suggest you find a different salon to tan in.

If i could rate the customer service department a zero I would. I was in the store and requested a freeze around the 15th of the month as I havent been tanning. Was told it was handled. then on the second I see that I was charged the full amount. I call the customer service and am told she got it canceled and that I would be getting my refund in 5 days. I callback on the 6th day to be told that I cant freeze my account in the store on the tablet that they have me sign. I then was informed that they would look into a refu... read more

I never YELP, but I'm really worried about this location. Several times the staff is no show leaving one girl to handle everything . Line building up to the door, and management next door doing NOTHING to help. I feel so bad for the staff. Almost offered to help her clean beds. Not beneath the customer but clearly beneath management next door ignoring the staff and customers. Went online to CANCEL because of constant issues, but only given a choice to freeze? i will never come back to this location again after today. i always get the worst experience, especially the last 2 times i've been in. they don't pay attention to people in line waiting for beds, they tend to put people in before you & then make you wait when you've been here for 20 mins already & had asked for that bed prior to anyone before me. so sad since this location is right down the street safe to say i'll be going to the other locations. hope these gals get their shit together. maybe do some more team training in c... read more

The beds are really nice and the spa services are ok, but honestly I pay too much for what I receive. I've been in multiple times and had long waits in line for no apparent reason (multiple employees present but only one working, etc.) Multiple times the computer systems have gone down so I wasn't even able to utilize services that day -- after driving 15-20 minutes to get to the closest location near me. Well this is the 2nd time they unlawfully charged my credit card and then refused to refund it but only apply a store credit. I specifically asked for them to refund my card and was told it's absolutely not possible. How is it not possible to use the store credit I have?? They lie to you regarding their policies and then you can't even speak to a manager regarding their workers charging you incorrectly. They are all thieves. Usually my experience at Glo Tanning in Nichols Hills is an enjoyable experience. until the very end of Aug of 2022. it was around 3:30pm in a Saturday afternoon. Mind you, they close at 6pm on Saturdays. I went in and did my biweekly spray tanning session in the Versa room. It's custom practice to remove jewelry from one self during an session, right? I went here last year and it was fabulous not now I spent 45 minutes waiting for a spa and they only had one employee working she kept telling me she was going to clean the cocoon but kept checking people in and now there are 10 people in here waiting and no one cleaning rooms. Who is managing this place? I will be canceling my membership after this month and find some place else to spend my money.
