Well this is the 2nd time they unlawfully charged my credit card and then refused to refund it but only apply a store credit. I specifically asked for them to refund my card and was told it's absolutely not possible. How is it not possible to use the store credit I have?? They lie to you regarding their policies and then you can't even speak to a manager regarding their workers charging you incorrectly. They are all thieves. Usually my experience at Glo Tanning in Nichols Hills is an enjoyable experience. until the very end of Aug of 2022. it was around 3:30pm in a Saturday afternoon. Mind you, they close at 6pm on Saturdays. I went in and did my biweekly spray tanning session in the Versa room. It's custom practice to remove jewelry from one self during an session, right? I went here last year and it was fabulous not now I spent 45 minutes waiting for a spa and they only had one employee working she kept telling me she was going to clean the cocoon but kept checking people in and now there are 10 people in here waiting and no one cleaning rooms. Who is managing this place? I will be canceling my membership after this month and find some place else to spend my money.

This place is so slow right now. I know they say they "are understaffed" but it shouldn't take an hour and half to get in and out when I got there right at 10 am when they opened. They worry too much about checking everyone in instead of checking in a few, cleaning and getting people in to beds, then back to checking people in. I see people leave because it takes so long to get a bed. This is not the first time I've had to wait an hour to get in a 10 min bed.

The worst tanning location ever! Beautiful interior-horrible customer service! Usually 8-9 waiting and then they decide to vacuum!! Dirty beds waiting to be cleaned always! Maddening!

This location has drastically changed in a negative way over the past 3-4 weeks. The management is next door and doesn't even step up to help the girls in the salon. I'm not sure what happened to Kaden (I think that was his name) & Amber, but they kept this location operating in a professional manner. Now you try to come get a 10 minute tan and it literally takes an hour, when it is NOT busy. Also, if you like a towel, bring your own! Terrible experience on 4/8 and then again on 4/9. What I want to know is where is the management staff when it's time to step in to help! Obviously getting an early start to the weekend. My wife and I stopped by on 4/8 and the sign in the door said closed for technical difficulties. Next day early afternoon we walked into a crowded lobby! I love coming here. These girls that work here are so amazing, especially my favorite girl Amber. I came in tonight and they just looked so overworked and exhausted. I feel so bad for these young girls, who I believe are in high school. Hopefully this establishment isn't overworking these young ladies and I also hope they are well compensated for selling your products, because that is what they seem to really push for. I wish I could give this place negative stars. I wanted to do a one time tan and was haggled for 15 minutes by two employees trying to get me roped into a membership. They would not take no for an answer no matter how many times I said it. Walked out. Ridiculous.
