I want to thank Skye for contacting me regarding my recent negative experience. She was open to listening to my concerns as well as assuring me that the issues I encountered would be addressed. I am confident this location will improve their practices and become a premier tanning location. Edit: within 30 mins of my review, the owner (or person in charge of keeping people happy?) called me to personally apologize and listen to my experience. I appreciate the prompt response and I'll edit my review because from speaking to her it does seem that rudeness is not tolerable to them or their norm, so I'll give it another shot. Great tanning salon! I really loved the beds here. My favorite is the one with red light in it. It's big and comfy and has a/c too! I still wanna try the spa services. Also, the girls at the front desk were very sweet and helpful. The place is very clean and neat!

i've seen the same dust bunnies and trash on the floor in less than a month since i've started going at this location. birthday wrong in the system and none of the staff ever working in the evening can fix it. didn't get a key ring tag until 3 weeks into membership. genuinely watching the staff one night and hear one girl say to another "you literally don't know what you're doing" which was very apparent because there was a line of people and she acted like it was her first day. mind you i've been coming almost daily for alm... read more

They don't know what they are doing. Bad employees- bad equipment- bad experience - now I am adding more characters so the yelp app is happy

This is the worst tanning place. You are bombarded every time to buy over priced products. Told you get imaginary credits when you freeze your account but when you go to unfreeze it they charge you the prorated amount it would be for anyone to start a member ship and use those "credits" to make you pay that same amount. I'm not sure how they stay in business. if we had more options I would tan elsewhere.

can't get tan in this place. not sure what is wrong. last year in may i used this company and got very tan aftee 30 days using the stand up tanning bed only. this year i have used the most powerful (lay down) tanning beds on "intense" for the maximum amount of time. i have tanned almo every day for 12 days and i can't see any change in my skin color. there is definitely a problem. maybe this place hasn't changed their tanning bed bulbs since last summer. i suggest you find a different salon to tan in.

If i could rate the customer service department a zero I would. I was in the store and requested a freeze around the 15th of the month as I havent been tanning. Was told it was handled. then on the second I see that I was charged the full amount. I call the customer service and am told she got it canceled and that I would be getting my refund in 5 days. I callback on the 6th day to be told that I cant freeze my account in the store on the tablet that they have me sign. I then was informed that they would look into a refu... read more
