Terrible experience on 4/8 and then again on 4/9. What I want to know is where is the management staff when it's time to step in to help! Obviously getting an early start to the weekend. My wife and I stopped by on 4/8 and the sign in the door said closed for technical difficulties. Next day early afternoon we walked into a crowded lobby! I love coming here. These girls that work here are so amazing, especially my favorite girl Amber. I came in tonight and they just looked so overworked and exhausted. I feel so bad for these young girls, who I believe are in high school. Hopefully this establishment isn't overworking these young ladies and I also hope they are well compensated for selling your products, because that is what they seem to really push for. I wish I could give this place negative stars. I wanted to do a one time tan and was haggled for 15 minutes by two employees trying to get me roped into a membership. They would not take no for an answer no matter how many times I said it. Walked out. Ridiculous.

I pay $80 plus a month using "Glo." I walked in on a Tuesday and was immediately assisted with the hydro cocoon. The young man helping me said they were about to hit their busy hour, he asked for me name and he which bed I wanted to use so he could put me in line. As soon as I got out of the hydro cocoon I walked up to the front desk to see if a tanning bed was available. I compare it to a nail salon, you can get a regular polish manicure, but you pay a little extra for shellac because it will last longer! I love glo tan. all of the locations except this one.please tell me why the worker On Rockwell let me get in a bed today with literally every bottom bulb out and some of the top bulbs. I reach my head out to tell her and she says "oh yeah I've put in an order about it but you'll still get a ton of color" lol excuse me. Why wouldn't she warn me before making me get undressed. so I had to get dressed all over again and wait on another bed with tanning lotion all over me. The Girl at the counter scammed me into buying monthly package after telling her multiple times that I didn't want to do it she basically forced it on me and told me she was canceling it as she was standing in front of me so I wouldn't get charged the next month. Noticed a month or so later I was charged so I called customer service to find out it was never canceled. She told me over the phone that she would cancel and two days later I get charged again. WOW. The customer service in this location is horrible. A girl named Sara was the rudest so far. I am treated like an idiot by Miss Sara. My parents have owned salons for over 15 years and if our associates treated our customers this way we would fire them immediately. I asked to not go in a stand up because I'm a lazy tanner and she said she didn't want to put me in the bronzing bed for a third time.
