WOW. The customer service in this location is horrible. A girl named Sara was the rudest so far. I am treated like an idiot by Miss Sara. My parents have owned salons for over 15 years and if our associates treated our customers this way we would fire them immediately. I asked to not go in a stand up because I'm a lazy tanner and she said she didn't want to put me in the bronzing bed for a third time.
