Called to see Dr and was instructed to come in the same day as I got hit in the eye. They told me that insurance would take 6 months so I had to pay cash. So I did. I have photos I took on my phone to prove the above from their message portal. They never even processed the insurance. I called to inquire why they did not process the appt through my insurance and they said their office policy is that I have to provide insurance a day before. My name is Angela and I have had to live with eye floatees (PVD) for over 20 years. I am semi retired and have begun to build my real estate business.
