I need more stars! Dr. Robin Ross has saved my vision, twice! I wrote about the first time in a previous review. I recently had a second vision-saving surgery with Dr. Ross's colleague Dr. Zabriskie at the Moran Eye Center in Salt Lake City, Utah. Dr Ross and her compassionate team, Laura and Robin were absolutely wonderful. Dr Ross's a gifted and exceptional doctor in the retinal field. Not only is shean excellent surgeon, but she made me feel at ease during this worldwide pandemic. Dr Ross and her staff, Laura and Robin went above and beyond to take care of me. This review was posted on Google. 😎 After Cataract Surgery at a different office, I was left with a significant amount floaters. I waited a few months for that problem to subside. But this problem was negatively affecting not only my active sports but my reading, writing and every aspect of my life. I am an active 73 year old who plays pickleball and cycles long distances. Dr Ross and her staff were very accommodating. They explained in detail everything that was being done and why it was being done. To say they were professional is an understatement. I pride myself on selecting the best doctors for my medical care and I was not disappointed. I recommend Dr Ross; her expertise in the field of eye care is amazing.

The chemistry of Dr.Ross’ team creates a perfect atmosphere for patients at the office. I was experiencing vision issues in my eye and the care that I received put me at ease and helped me fully understand the underlying issues that were occurring. Very thorough evaluation to determine if my floater would be a good candidate for the YAG laser therapy. Dr. Ross explained my situation and the procedure and I felt comfortable with her confidence and skill in using the laser on my floater. It was a complete success and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Dr. Ross and the YAG laser treatment to remove floaters that are appropriate for this procedure.

Global Retina Institute is a stand out experience in today's world of assembly line medicine. I felt valued and appreciated as both a patient and customer. Dr. Ross incorporates technology into the practice in a positive way and at a level that exceeds larger and longer established practices. This was the most pleasant medical experience that I've had in years, and they took me at the time of my appointment.
