Global Retina Institute is a stand out experience in today's world of assembly line medicine. I felt valued and appreciated as both a patient and customer. Dr. Ross incorporates technology into the practice in a positive way and at a level that exceeds larger and longer established practices. This was the most pleasant medical experience that I've had in years, and they took me at the time of my appointment.

Global Retina Institute provided the most thorough medical analysis that I have ever received. From the moment I walked through the front door I was afforded individual attention. Thanks to all the staff. Everyone was so informative every step .Doc. was awesome in all her explanations for my eye problems. I was very nervous about having my laser procedures done. Everyone was so great through the whole thing. All my worries I had were for nothing. The procedure was very fast and painless. It was so quick and it was done before I knew it. Again I can’t thank everyone enough for being so awesome.
