Very thorough and explained everything...Dr Ross and her staff were very compassionate., which made the experience very relaxing.

First, the staff Laura and Robin are wonderful and so caring. They are also very knowledgeable and absolutely know what they are doing. . Second, the office has state of the art equipment. Third, Dr Ross is amazing! She is patient, really cares about you as a person and not all about making money. She is so educated and experienced in her field. I have a macular hole and scheduled surgery. Before surgery she took new pictures and the hole started closing on its own so she canceled the surgery. So honest and caring! I wou... read more

The entire team was fantastic I have been to another retina specialist if you compare the two as modes of transportation it is like a city bus compared to Dr. Ross‘s office being a Mercedes !! First class all the way!

Dr. Robin Ross and the entire team at Global Retina Institute saved my eyesight, and therefore, the quality of my life -- a dramatic but true statement!! I was born 3 months premature in 1956. I consider myself fortunate to be able to see at all with just one "good eye"; even the anatomy in this eye is not normal because of my prematurity.
