RecommendedI would definitely Recommend Go Power. If you are having issues with one of their products go to them immediately, don't bother with the RV manufacturer. I have have had my RV since May 2021. I have had two problems. One problem was fixed with one email. The second I did have to provide readings on my 4 solar panels, over the course of two weeks, it was determined the panels were not producing. They sent panels and I took them to my local Go Power RV repair site. They were replaced and I am back to my solar power production.... read more

I received a response to my product question in less than 24 hours.
I had an issue with the battery monitor that came installed in a travel trailer we recently purchased. The display was showing zero battery like. I took 2 photos (one of the battery monitor and one of the main display) and provided them to customer support. I received a response from support suggesting that the battery monitor needed to be recalibrated. Support provided a video link that showed step by step on how to do the recalibration. System is now working great!!
I had a question about the Go Power! solar system in my motorhome and they answered me right away.
I have the single bank bluetooth solar controller that came with a 100W solar panel. The controller claims to charge multiple batteries wired in parallel, but I wanted to charge both the chassis battery and the engine battery separately. This requires a dual bank solar controller. So pay attention to what you order. Aside from that, I like the LCD display, and it is charging the engine battery.
