I had an issue with the battery monitor that came installed in a travel trailer we recently purchased. The display was showing zero battery like. I took 2 photos (one of the battery monitor and one of the main display) and provided them to customer support. I received a response from support suggesting that the battery monitor needed to be recalibrated. Support provided a video link that showed step by step on how to do the recalibration. System is now working great!!

Business response:

Hi Idcdoc, thank you so much for sharing your experience with us. We're glad to hear that the recalibration fixed the issue with your battery monitor. If you ever need further assistance, don't hesitate to reach out to us at (866) 247-6527!

I have the single bank bluetooth solar controller that came with a 100W solar panel. The controller claims to charge multiple batteries wired in parallel, but I wanted to charge both the chassis battery and the engine battery separately. This requires a dual bank solar controller. So pay attention to what you order. Aside from that, I like the LCD display, and it is charging the engine battery.

Business response:

Thank you for your feedback, John! We apologize for any confusion regarding the solar controller. We appreciate your input and will take it into consideration for future product improvements. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us at (866) 247-6527!

We have an 1180w system on our lifeboat conversion and so far we love it! Super easy to install, looks great, and we haven't had to plug in to shore power all summer. This spring we did our first cruise and spent 6 nights off grid, including powering our motor (we're an electric powerboat) and a fully electric galley. We want to be living not camping on our boat as much as possible and this system is definitely an important part of that!
