Too bad at only 6 months old 1 of my 3 go power duralite 100 watt panels, the protective coating on the face of the panel is peeling/flaking off… but even though it’s only one of the 3 panels I was told that warranty is for output only (which I don’t have a way to test except with the charge controller and it’s weaker than the other panels by far) DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND. They will not warranty a panel that has obvious manufacturing defect.

Although the customer service is responsive, it is unfortunate that they do not provide repair services or replacement parts. This lack of after-sales support is disappointing and reflects poorly on their commitment to their customers. It appears that their primary focus is on making sales, with little concern for what happens to their customers after the purchase. Once the warranty period expires, customers are left to fend for themselves, which is far from ideal.

As with many other electronics companies, we warranty our items for a specific period after purchase from a verified Go Power! partner. Unfortunately, we are unable to service or replace items purchased from unverified second-hand sellers on marketplaces like eBay. - Go Power!
