I am 2 weeks post op from full front liposuction and double bbl and before someone says it takes time to see results i understand that but if you got a double bbl there should be a resemblance of that . Isnt that what they show all day everyday via their post ? I am here to share my personal experience with this company. I had my surgery (second surgery with Goals November 26th 2024) Unfortunately, I feel completely misled and taken advantage of. I was charged for a post-surgical garment (faja) (cost of it is $200) , yet I never received one. Dont go to the ************ location. The worst post operation care in the world! When you show up for your appointments neither the masseuse, nor doctor is there. You have to call the doctor and harass him regarding his office in professionalism, scheduling mistakes and lack of timeliness to see their patients. I would never recommend this location to anyone!
Horrible Experience, 5,000$ of my hard earned Money down the drain. I'm Extremely depressed and overwhelmed. No One Cares about You All they care about is to get you in & take your money. I contact goals in august. they were running a special. The lady said the date I wanted was available and she would send me the doctor *** was to perform, work portfolio. They make you pay 500 before you can even take to the schedulers. They never stated their policy regarding the initial payment. Scheduling team called stated that the date she stated I could get would no longer have the promotion. It's the worst modern-day fraud I've ever come across. I felt hurried to pay after our initial conversation. Then, after taking time off from work, someone contacted to say the doctor was not available for surgery on the date I had paid for. If I wanted that doctor, I would have to wait until September, and then she attempted to promote another doctor whose work I didn't like. I was ghosted after requesting my $2,600 return. The whole experience in Goals was not the best from setting up the appointment and having all these different people call you and no one knowing anything that youve spoken to other representative about previous conversations was absurd! No one seemed to know what was going on from the previous conversation that *** had! Up to surgery time **** was actually pretty good and helpful. Around October of 2023 I saw a this ad with a promotion on chin liposuction and Ive been dying to get it for years so I inquired. I havent had my surgery yet. I gave a deposit of $500 with the stipulation of: if rescheduling must be 30days in advance of your surgery. I called to change it weeks before my surgery and they state (verbally) that I lose my promo price because its going into the new year. Nowhere in the contract does it notate that.
