Please Ladies DO NOT GO and spend your money at this place. I was not cleared for surgery I paid over $3,000 towards surgery and these people refuse to give me my money back, even though the doctor said I cannot do surgery due to my medical condition. They are very unethical and they only want your money be careful.

The workers are horrible they take your money and dont answer the phone. I had surgery with the 3/30/22 DR ***** I was scheduled for surgery 2pm they also scheduled 2 other women for the same time, I didnt get my surgery done until 9:45pm it was horrible I got home after 12am thats ridiculous. I got 2 massages done went for my 3rd massage and they turned me back around saying I was late mind you this is downtown Brooklyn very busy traffic and hard to find parking lets understand that i had surgery just 3 days ago so im movin... read more

This company was horrible from the beginning. From them scheduling the procedure to get me getting a massage its a bad experience. The staff is ok they could be more professional and assist you more but they maybe limited themselves. How can my body heal if Im unable to get my massages thats paid for. They cancel at least 1 of my scheduled massages once a week Im lucky to get 2 in a week.

STAY AWAY FROM THE ******** LOCATION! I went for a consultation on 3/18/2022. When I got there, one of the employees was talking very negatively about a customer. It put a bad taste in my mouth but I figured I would stay since I was already there and scheduled this meeting. I talked with my consultant and was given the exact price of the procedures I wanted done. I was told I could have the surgery on 5/10/2022. Had my lipo and bbl in Aug. 2020 and I've damage to deeper structure of nerves and muscles and extreme irregular contour and severely. Had extreme fluid accumulatio n and "Goals Plastic Surgery" ignored it until I processed it in help. Then after my awarded massages when still had fluid they ignored me. I was scheduled for a procedure on 3/26/2022 and I found out my date was changed. When I asked why, I was told that the doctor doesn't work on Saturdays. I specifically told the person that helped me, that I could not do weekdays at all. And they made me believe they were scheduling me for a Saturday, when in reality it wasn't like that. Now they are trying to charge me more to re-schedule with a different doctor and, of course, refuse to return the deposit. Please stay away! I consulted for a lipo 360 with Bbl in September for my 30 th birthday! I had surgery 12/20 I didnt receive what my contract stated which was lipo 360 they did full abdomen with bbl I didnt want this ! Then then told me A week after my surgery my bmi was fit for this !
