Im very Turned OFF, I scheduled a consultation back in March of 2021 the appointment time was 11am via FT the day came no one reached out to me. I contacted them back to try again no response once again.after seeing these reviews im glade no one reached back out to me!!!!!!!!!! I WONT BE GOING HERE!!!!!!!!!!
Stay away from this place!! Had breast augmentation surgery and the results were much less than desired. The scars around the areola are much too noticeable and I was told by a second surgeon that they would never heal correctly and I would require more surgery to correct. My experience to get the procedure was also awful as they routinely cancel surgery to later charge a fee to reschedule. I was suppose to have a bbl surgery last month October 2021. After getting my medical clearance filled out, my doctor ***** approve my surgery because of medical issues. Im happy that I found out because I wasnt even aware of the issue prior to my doctors visit before surgery. I provided all paperwork to goals 7 weeks ago. I never received a call back or a refund, in the contract it states that surgery may not be performed if you have medical conditions, and you are eligible for a refund. I have submitted on the 4th of this month a doctor's note stating I can't have surgery, and I'm in need of a refund. Goals have yet to process my refund nor call me in reference to it. I have tried to reach a supervisor since and I haven't had no luck. This company has not up held to their contract.I wish I didn't have to do any stars
I have asked the company multiple times for the names of their doctors to confirm if they are board certified. They repeatedly failed to answer my question up front. When I had my consultation I knew right from the start that this was a shady business, the lady on the phone knew next to nothing about the procedure. I paid for a double bbl with Goals plastic surgery. I had a Doctor that they fired recently named Doctor ******** she was in the surgery room when I was called in to get my bbl and I asked where my Doctor was. They said Dr.******** was no longer with goals and she was the only one who could do the proceedure and if I declined I wouldnt get my money back. This place is truly a chop-shop! Please stay away. The only thing I'm grateful for is making it out alive. They will botch your surgery like they do to everyone! Trust me! Spend one day in their waiting room and the stories you hear will freak you out! They sell you ** at 1st and then once you book they are nasty and the results are terrible!
