I did some tranining with them so that I can work as a consultant found out that they don't even pay you hourly n if u sell like 1 thing u only get $100 commission they expect you to work after your off the clock decided it wasn't for me by the 5th day it has been over a month and I still have not gotten paid the owner *** is fraud and a scammer texted him waaayyy too many times in regards to my pay and he would lie to me and ignore me and has now blocked me so I'll be showing up to their office real soon DONT GET SURGERY HE... read more

They denied me a refund even with my doctor stating I shouldnt have the procedure done because of a medical problem. The refund policy states the total opposite I should be entitled to a full refund if I got my medical clearance done within *************************************** This isnt fair and it shouldnt be treated as a cancellation by me, if my doctor stated why. I dont feel bad for any of you. stop trying to take the easy way out and invest in a personal trainer. Surgery doesnt change your eating habits. ALL of you wouldve gained that weight right back.

They are a scam I was originally suppose to get a double bbl but I changed my mind and got Lipo they refused to give me my money back they dont even check on you after your procedure you dont meet the doctor until the day of surgery nor do they answer there phones when you have questions one of the customers people told me I signed a contract for a double bbl and even if I changed my mind to get Lipo I cant get a refund because I signed a contract for double bbl they are the worst I got my surgery done at Bronx location wors... read more

I wish I had researched them before I sent them my money. They are scam artist! I had a consultation to do their Medi-Flex program. I paid for their 10 week program where I would have gotten the semaglutide shots, there was supposed to be a consultation with a physician after lab work was completed, I was scheduled 3 times and never received a call from the doctor. Goals is a scam.I paid for a Flex sculpt lipo and BBL the doctor did not sculpt anything and my **** was uneven. I felt EVERYTHING during my procedure. They did not numb me well. I was screaming and crying during the lipo procedure and he was just jabbing away!!! The doctor told me I wasnt the worst screamer he had!! He thought it was a joke. Do not go to Goals take your money to a real plastic surgeon

Do not trust these people.I was so excited to get my bbl I paid them $2500 they never refunded me and canceled my appointment when the pandemic hit. I emailed them called and even drove miles away and they refused to refund it service me.

Their scammed people in purchasing their products and block all communications when its time to Ship the items theyll selling pharmacy medication for weight loss I purchased it promise to be shipped to my house. I paid $475 plus $100 of bloodwork and a doctor never called me no follow up no shipping they basically stole all my money.

Im making a complaint is because.. I went there for him to do what i paid for is lipo to my love handles and part of my back he did what he wanting to my body. Im not happy at all I spent **** of my hard earn money and not being seen on a follow upthey got there money so being a patient after doesnt matter to them at all they already paid. My concern is how can I be happy what I paid for..
