I was shipping a large framed mirror and called GO GO Grandparent and requested an SUV for transport the next morning at a specific time. An SUV arrived on time and the boxed framed mirror was safely placed inside and I was driven to a local shipping center. The GO GO Grandparent telephone professional was knowledgeable, professional, efficient, courteous and considerate. I have been a satisfied customer for many years.

This service was awesome. My 91 year old *** was picked up at her Senior living home and delivered to my brother on time and the service was flawless. The driver even went into the lobby to get my Mom and help her with her suitcase. She says the ride (30 min) went really quickly because they talked most of the way. I was informed by text message of the status of the ride at each step. Thank you GoGoGrandparent for providing this service.

I would like to say one thing I was picked up tonight. I went to the store to buy a few groceries. I overdid myself so I had a car for a ride home. I had the best driver he was awesome. The rides have been great. I call to have a driver take me to a Dr's **** and was done within 15 minutes and call to get a ride back home. My ride back home was about a dollar more because the driver took another route and it's not the driver's fault, it's the computer where they get their instructions from. The drivers are always on time and in great spirits which I like to see cheerful people early in the mornings.

My wife has been taking GoGo for weekly appointments, and it's been a great experience. She has her doctor and other places programmed in her phone list, so we can get rides to those places fast. The instructions are clear on the phone. I like that we always get the opportunity to confirm the price before requesting the ride. We get texts with the details of the ride and an email after the trip. The drivers have all been nice so far. My wife likes knowing she can speak to a real person if she needs to.

The 1 thing I have a problem with is theres no identifying sign of any kind on the cars & 0 that says Go Go Grandparents so this causes confusion. They have a visual on people they pick up but youre uncertain as to whether youre getting into the right car or not.Also they dont speak or understand English very well.
