*****, my driver with go go grandparent, exceeded all expectations that I had. I have used go go grandparent several times and have enjoyed the comfort of being transported to and from several places. ***** was a very conscientious driver, conversed in a professional manner, and was very courteous when we arrived at my drop off location. I would recommend go go grandparents for anyone needing a ride anywhere. Just wish that you could request a certain driver when you call in to arrange for transport.

I took my first rides on GoGoGrandparent. The operators were courteous and connected with my drivers quickly. The drivers' instructions were accurate and I got to where I needed to go. the drivers' cars were clean. They came in the 15 minutes as promised and notified me 4 minutes ahead as promised. what a great service.

First contact with this service and I am impressed. First of all, I was able to speak to a human. I was in a panic and needed a ride quickly. The person was able to get me set up, quickly and clearly explain the process, costs etc. I was given a first name, color and make of the car and last numbers of tag.
