Very comfortable, on-time, ride from a very safe and friendly driver whose company I greatly enjoyed.And I had several lengthy phone conversations with various agents of GoGo - and they were very *******, hard-working, friendly people - all of them.And, to GoGo's credit, they shrouded the identity of the driver in secrecy - and I presume they do the same to protect my own identity.HOWEVER, just 5-10 minutes before my driver was to arrive, I received a text informing me that the PRIUCE was to INCREASE.Admittedly, it was only ... read more

I would absolutely not use this company!!! The drivers cant speak English. We had an elderly person get in the car with him. He got lost and was driving around a neighborhood. She was trying to get to our business. I tried to speak with him on her behave because she was so upset. I could not understand him at all. He couldn't even find her home to take her back!!! I advised CS, She said she put in her home address 2x. But any logical person would know this. Plus, then why couldn't he get her back home!!! **************** spo... read more

I recently had knee surgery and am using a ******. I explained to GoGo Grandparent that I needed a sedan that was easy to get in and out of. And also I had a lot of stuff, foldable ******, suitcase, crutches, ice machine, bag of fresh fruit, etc. GoGo found me a ride in less than 3 minutes. ******* (female driver) was so nice! She brought all my items in and put them in my living room which is temporarily setup to be my bedroom until I can go upstairs again. I didn't have any cash to tip her. I joined GoGoGrandparent because I wanted to know in advance approximately how much my ride would cost. GoGo's estimate was $70 to $130.00 from *************, **********, ** to ********, 55 miles. I called GoGoGrandparent prior to the trip, and the service was excellent and also when I arrived to book my ride. Unfortunately, some of the details were not made clear until I took the ride. I have to give 1 star - I would rather give none. I reserved a ride 2 days ahead. Then the day of they called to say the ride is only called at that time. The ride was 20 minutes late. This ride was for my mother to go to her husband's funeral. She is at a rehab and only had 1 4 hour pass. When it came time to return, they called to say there was no driver available (even though I reserved 2 days ahead). When I asked why they even had reservations then, they couldn't answer. This company takes advantage of the elderly. My 90 year old mother with dementia was charged an annual fee for their service. When it appeared on her credit card as a pending charge, we immediately called and requested the charge be refunded and they refused. It took two phone calls and two hours of our time to realize how inflexible and uncaring they are. Never use this service. I tried it for my 96-year-old father, who needed a ride to ************************. The driver left him three blocks from the location - the driver spoke no English and was not aware that my father has trouble hearing, seeing, and walking, which I told the dispatcher several times. This is not a safe service for older people. They do not provide what they promise. Their monthly fee program provides nothing. This company should be shut down
